McCarthy Nordburg has designed the new offices of YAM Worldwide located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
McCarthy Nordburg created a modern, industrial space for Arizona-based YAM Worldwide, which houses three different businesses owned by billionaire entrepreneur Bob Parsons. The McCarthy Nordburg team was tasked with creating a bold space that captured YAM Worldwide’s fearless culture.
The space encourages collaboration, featuring community workspaces and open seating to cater to a variety of work styles. The lobby features a blackened steel stairwell and exposed ceilings accented with wood slats. The main conference room’s focal point is a conference table with a base made from a restored fighter plane wing, harkening back to YAM Worldwide’s military history.
